If you have to buy is gonna be the best place (they can speak also English or will try), but if you have a problem with the product that you bought they don’t speak any other language and they will be super arrogant with you. I bought a chip for 6 months and I can’t charge data mobile because once I pay my money disappear and I don’t have the data in my phone. Nobody wanted to help me. Just don’t go to Orange.

Very nice greeter; spoke English and was very patient with me! The salesperson who helped me with my SIM card was also very kind and patient with my bad French. Everyone I interacted with was nice and very helpful, and answered all my questions!

They were very helpful. I told them what sim card we wanted (I looked it up online first) but if you are a tourist they will likely know what options to offer you. They did not speak much English at all, which wasn't a problem for me. It just took a while, and it was hot inside the building.
